This remodel was all about balance, pairing crisp white finishes and clean lines with bold, jewel-toned accents to create a home that feels both classic and full of personality. Originally a 90’s style home, we transformed it into a modern space with elevated, luxury finishes that reflect the homeowner’s current style. From the statement green vanity and floral wallpaper to the fresh white cabinetry and cozy dark floors, every space was thoughtfully designed to reflect the homeowner’s lifestyle and love for welcoming, layered interiors.

Client Goals

The vision for this project was to create a home that felt warm, timeless, and deeply personal. The client wanted spaces that supported everyday living: cooking, working from home, and hosting family, while still making room for bold design moments. They leaned toward a mostly white foundation with eclectic touches: think matte finishes, gold accents, warm lighting, and a mix of traditional and contemporary style. Natural light, subtle luxury, and small moments of surprise were top priorities across the home.

Design Details & Material Mood

Across every room, we mixed classic elements with rich color and texture. Clean-lined white cabinets with gold hardware brought timeless charm, while deep jewel tones like jade green and sapphire added personality. We incorporated wallpaper, tile, and custom millwork for texture, keeping each room grounded in warmth and intentional detail.

The Vision in Motion

This was a full-scale renovation, from structural framing to finish selections. The kitchen got a functional upgrade with a new breakfast nook, raised windows, and a quartz countertop layout made for cooking and gathering. The master bathroom became a spa-like retreat with a freestanding tub, frameless glass shower, and soft tile accents. Every room, from the moody powder bath to the laundry room with its tiled dog wash station, was designed with purpose, comfort, and a touch of playfulness.

Standout Moments

One of the most striking features is the custom black arched door; a dramatic, timeless focal point that elevates the entire home. The reimagined breakfast nook also stands out, where we expanded the space to accommodate a full run of cabinetry, a relocated sink, and a tucked-away dishwasher, blending smart function with seamless design. Throughout the home, thoughtful upgrades like custom cabinetry, layered lighting, and rich hardwood floors bring depth and cohesion, while statement pieces like the green vanity and floral wallpaper in the powder bath add just the right amount of personality.
