Hey there! I’m Rafael, the co-founder and go-to GC of Casamia. I’m not just any General Contractor; I’m the on-site maestro, balancing everything from project management to hands-on labor. My brain’s always in math mode, and with my industrial engineering background, I’ve mastered the art of precision. Whether I’m solving complex equations or laying the foundation, I bring a touch of magic to every project. Dive into my world, and let’s build something extraordinary together!

Hi there! My name is McKenna and I work for Casamia Design Build. I recently started working here and I absolutely love my job as well as my peers and my boss, Bel! I recently graduated from Metropolitan State University with my Bachelors degree in Accounting which helps me in my role here at Casamia. I do plan on going back to school soon to get another degree in Business Management so that I can one day own my own business just like Bel. Outside of work, I like to spend a lot of time with my loved ones and I like to play games or do puzzles, and I love to be outside!

Hello! I'm Alysha and I've recently started as the marketing specialist for Casamia Builds. I recently graduated from University of Wisconsin River Falls with a degree majoring in environmental planning and a minor in women's gender and sexualities studies. Over the past four years, I have worked freelance as a social media content planner and was thrilled at the opportunity to take the dive into working for Casamia! Outside of work, I love to read, hike, rock climb, travel, and I teach ballet on the side.
